Lovage crumb for a crispy crust

20 grams

lovage leaves

5 grams

fennel seeds

20 grams

grated parmesan cheese

30 grams

bread panko

Mix the lovage leaves with the fennel seeds and the grated parmesan cheese. Now blend this till smooth. Then add the bread panko and blend it into a fine powder. Keep it in your fridge for when you need it.
