Basic tuille

60 grams

egg white

40 grams

sunflower oil

Mix the egg white with the sunflower oil, the butter, the flour and the sugar. Blend this till you have a smooth batter. You can add a knife tip of coloring powder to create a nice color. Then spread it on a tuille mold and level the top with a pallet knife. Now bake them at 150 degrees Celsius for around 15 minutes till golden brown. Keep them dry and covered for later.

If you want to spread it on a silicon sheet using a stencil or pipe the batter use 60 grams of flour instead of 50 grams.
